Who we are

sitemys. (sitemys.com) is a website builder being prepared for small businesses in Malaysia. It is run by Ashran Helmi, Malaysia. Contact: [email protected].

This website

sitemys.com is currently a "coming soon" page. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising, and it collects no personal data.

Hosting logs: the site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may record standard request details (such as IP address, time and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. We do not use them to identify you. Cloudflare privacy policy.
Fonts: your browser loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Google privacy policy.
Email: if you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.

Our social media app

We use our own app with the Meta (Threads, Instagram) and TikTok platform APIs only to publish sitemys.'s own posts to sitemys.'s own accounts (for example @sitemys). The app does not sign in members of the public, and it does not collect, store or sell data about other people.

What the app stores: the access token for our own accounts and our own posting history (what we posted and when). Tokens are kept encrypted on our side and are never published.
Permissions we request: only what publishing needs (for Threads: basic profile and content publishing).

Deleting data

If you have connected an account to our app and want its data removed, remove the app from your account's settings (for Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions) or email [email protected]. We delete any data linked to that account within 30 days and confirm by email.

When the builder launches

The sitemys. builder will have accounts and payments. Before it opens, this policy will be updated to explain exactly what is collected and why, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and the date above will change.

Children

sitemys. is a service for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes.
